Velentium interview questions

Total waste of time!! * HR rep was late calling * Though late, he still didn't have a copy of my resume in front of him * He had NOT reviewed my resume * He repeatedly asked me questions that were CLEARLY answered on my resume (e.g. I have a section listed "Software" on my resume and he still asked me what software had I used) * After 4 questions, he told me I wasn't qualified. Had he actually read my resume, he would have known I didn't have the experience he wanted!! Again, a TOTAL waste of time and a sign of incompetence.

Very Fast, but with no guidelines about what they wanted, they contact me directly and won't say clearly what they were looking for, so I went through the process in total blindness.
