Velocity Partners interview questions

You meet lots of different people - the majority of the company in fact. They're just as interested in whether you're a cultural fit as they are in your ability to do the job.

First round with department head. Second round is like a gauntlet – chats with different team members across the agency including writers, designers, developers, AMs, PMs, HR, marketing ops. Final round is a 1-1 with one of the partners. Fast, efficient way to learn about the role and get to know Velocity and its culture. Interviews more like an assessment of chemistry and attitude rather than a grilling on anything technical. Great communication between interviews. Fast and efficient about making decisions, rather than being left hanging.
