Zoom interview with partner Michael J. Volpe, co-chair of the firm's labor and employment group along with another partner from real estate. Screening interview was very broad and general. Felt somewhat combative, or adversarial. The culture fit did not feel right.

Call with the recruiter consisting of standard behavioral questions, along with time set aside for me to ask thoughtful questions about the role, the team, and the overall recruiting process.
People were very friendly and informative. I found that even when I thought I didn’t do well, they really were nice and enjoyed my interview. It wasn’t as high pressure as I made it in my head.

Super friendly, very kind. Interview was pretty relaxed, however it is still good to be well prepared. Overall, it was a nice experience and I believe there were three levels, including junior and senior associates and a partner.
