I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Vendelux (New York, NY) in Mar 2026
Interview
Had two calls one with the recruiter one with the COO, very fast and loose but also very kind and genuine. Call with the COO was a 15 minute vibe check, seems they already had someone in mind but were gracious and respectful throughout.

Question 1
Had me talk informally about my experiences and job path.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vendelux (New York, NY) in Jul 2025
Interview
I went from first screen to offer within four weeks. The recruiter was extremely communicative and fast to respond throughout the process, making everything smooth and transparent. All of the conversations with the team felt very human, no trick questions.
There was a case study that was thoughtfully designed and more time-manageable than others I’ve experienced. The final round was 1:1 interviews with leadership and a whiteboarding session. Everyone I met was engaged, genuine, and clearly excited about the product, its market fit, and future.
Six rounds may feel a bit excessive. That said, I understand the importance of thoroughly vetting candidates, and appreciated that the recruiter made every effort to accommodate my schedule and ensure the process never felt pressured. The onsite could also benefit from a short break between the consecutive sessions.
Overall, it was a positive process, and I was excited to receive an offer.
