Application
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Venngage (United States Coast Guard - Air Station Sacramento) in Sept 2023
Interview
The first interview was done by the HR manager which went really good. I passed that so I got into an interview with the CEO the following day. Eugene Woo is very aggressive, borders bullying with questions. He quickly addressed my duration in every role I had saying that he wouldn't hire me if it comes to that (Then why did he called me up an interview? Quite psycho) Then he proceeded to laugh at me for not reaching sales quota in one of my positions. I can't imagine how this guy treats other people if he treats a C-level executive like this, but I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone joining this company. Overall a very bad, aggressive and disrespectful attitude towards people the CEO doesn't know. I should have listened to the other reviewers before coming into a meeting. I finished the interview short, as I don't like strangers making me waste time and disrespecting me.

Question 1
Literally: "You haven't stayed x amount of times in these positions so I don't want to hire you" This was quite literally the first thing he said.
The interview has 3 stages. Though I think part two comes before and that there are only stages two and three left, it's all similar. Stage 1 was a simple interview with a manager. About 45 mins. Questions are all your standard interview questions regarding your resume and how you would fit the role. Stage 2 is the technical assessment. For this role it was a testing strategy implementation for some kind of feature for a product. This took a couple hours, but was a take home task. Lastly, three 1 hour interviews are given from each of the different teams (QA's, Engineers and product teams) which all differ. Company is amazing, people are really nice to interact with. Had a great experience so far.
