Online interview day where you will be invited to Peer Interview round, where you will spend roughly half a day in different interviews. This happens after a first screening video interview and a technical test.

It was a very estructured interviewing process, throughout two weeks. In the first place, a 9-minute pre-recorded interview took place. Then, they send you a test of about 90 minutes, in order to understand your abilities. After that, 3 more instances: interview with potential manager, a round of interviews with the heads of the departments. After all, if you are the chosen candidate, they send you the offer.
