Give specific examples of experiences with customer service, of cases of sales, and examples of situations you could find yourself in while in this role.
The interview process took one week for me. I applied online and then recieved an online test testing certain qualifications. After aprox. two days I was invited to an one on one interview with my now manager, that took about one hour. After that interview i recieved a mail that i was invited to the next round, which was scheduled about 4 days after my first interview and was planned for a whole day. I had interviews with 4 different employees from different departments. The qusetions were mostly behavioral questions and each interview lasted one hour. Two days later i recieved my offer.
