Interview
You first get a link to prerecord an interview about yourself and your basic knowledge about the company. Then you get a link to a technical test. If you pass, you get invited for a technical interview, if you pass that, you get 3 more interviews with the IT director, HR and a potential teammate. If you succeed then you will have a background check and receive an offer. Also, the entire process will be sent to you in a document and you can follow up by email as well.

Question 1
For the technical interview, 3 questions were asked. The first two were code you are to walk the interviewer through in JavaScript and TypeScript while the third was a small document of requirements you are to implement live with the interviewer.

Interview
I applied online. The process took about 1-2 weeks. The first step was a pre recorded interview where I answered a few questions about myself and my background. Then I had a technical interview for the full stack position, which included debugging both backend and frontend code issues. After that, I had an interview with the manager, followed by 4 more interviews with different stakeholders. Overall the process was well organized, fast, and the interviewers were respectful and professional.

Question 1
For the technical interview, there was a live coding challenge where you had to debug issues in both the backend and frontend of a given codebase. After fixing the bugs, the interviewer also asked what other improvements or potential issues you could identify in the code.

Interview
The recruitment process was very thorough, and all the interviewers were respectful and nice. There were quite a few interviews, almost five, but nothing too overwhelming. Overall, it was a positive experience.
