It took around 2 months before I got shortlisted for an interview. The role I applied for was for a Senior position. First interview was on Skype with a senior designer from Karachi. Second interview after 1.5 weeks was with another Product Designer at the office in Lahore.

Good and fast with prompt results, but the process was long. The test felt hectic, and the panel was rude, but overall, it went well. I dont know whats wrong with glassdooor it is asking to submit a whole lot of essay.
