I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Veolia (Boston, MA) in Mar 2014
Interview
I was already working onsite with another company. Mentioned to the supervisor for Veolia I was interested in working for the company. A month later I say down with the project manager and we talked for about a half hour or so. That being said, my interview experience would be different than the typical interview because I was already working as a contractor for a period of time. So the interview was just more of a formality. The supervisor already vouched for my work ethic and general demeanor.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly just questions about myself. It was a way to see how I was as a person and to tell if I would like the work or not.

Interview
Interviewer was nice and well informed about the company and had lots of experience with waste management but had poor communication in coordinating in person interviews and ghosted me after the second attempt of arranging an onsite interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Veolia in Mar 2023
Interview
The interviewer was very informative and open to questions. Genuine interest in me as a candidate and made me feel less worried as it was one of my first interviews in post-grad.
