I never was able to start (Former Employee), Denver – December 19, 2014 They kept claiming that they couldn't get enough people together for the training class. They called me three times to say training would begin on X date, only to call back a day or two later and say they didn't have enough people. Finally right before Thanksgiving they told me training was off until further notice. Seriously? In this economy, I would have thought they'd be swimming in qualified people wanting to start. Unless you really enjoy getting jerked around, don't bother.

I walked in for an interview they asked some basic questions and had me read their script. They had me speak to the senior recruiter who asked additional questions and had me read from the script as well we did role playing where he would be a client and me as the opener. I was hired 2 days later.
