They call u on the phone like a week later to do an interview if they like what they hear they sent u your paper work by email to sign off and everything

The 1st step was a comprehensive application and then a phone interview which I found to be very enlightening. The training was very thorough and I felt the hiring manager really wanted new hires to succeed in the position.
