It was pretty easy. They are flexible to work and try new things out but not sure about their way of doing things. Talked with multiple people but it seemed it was more screening for the people skills rather than technical or skill based questions.

First, a phone screen with the recruiter. Second, interview with the manager. Third, group interview to meet the team after doin a presentation of a past project. The interview process was quite lengthy, with lots of questions.
