Interview
I got called in for an interview by the store manager, it was pretty much a typical interview. Expressing your drive for success will get you to a second interview. The second interview is with the District manager who will then offer you a position. Third step, is signing your papers before you start.
Brief phone screening, in store interview and phone interview with District Manager. All interviews were extremely laid back and low pressure, The store manager let me know I had the job 5 minutes into the in store interview.

Interview
I was referred by an employee so it was more simple than expected. Interviewed with three different managers, the third one being the district manager. It took about 2 weeks for everything to get done, including the background check, and after that I was ready to go into training. Everything was pretty straight forward and would suggest applying as soon as possible as training for the job does take up 3 weeks.

Interview
They ask for sales experience and asks you to role play. If you worked in food, they would ask you how did you maximize your tables to get the best tip possible. Troubleshooting is also role played.
