Disrespectful to candidates's time. After I submitted the assessment test and was told to expect an email for the interview with hiring manager, I was hanging there for 2 weeks. They even didn't email to schedule any interview as I was told. I emailed/called them telling that I hadn't got any email for the interview but the HR person didn't respond or called me back. Weeks later, I contacted the hiring director and got the rejection email minutes after that.
