The Interview stretched over 3 separate sessions. The first one was with an HR representative and it was a discussion about soft skills and it featured two tests, one Personality Test and one IQ Test. The second session was a discussion/interview with an employee from the DevOps Team and it featured questions primarily focused (~80-90%) on the official Job Description. A third, and final session, was held in the presence of the Head of the entire Dev/QA/DevOps teams and it tackled past experiences and situations, and salary talk.
