Screening interview followed by an interview with the Hiring manager and another interview. The last round was a technical round with the hiring manager and a software developer. Cleared all interviews and was asked to give an online aptitude test which I cleared too. I was told that an offer is valid on email(but no offer was sent on email) and that they were checking for visa sponsorship with their law department(even though I didn't need sponsorship which I explained well). Kept me hanging for 5 weeks(while been told all is fine and they are working on the visa). I was rejected stating the visa takes time and they don't have the time. The rejection was not even explained well as the reason did not make sense since I had a valid work visa and did not need sponsorship! This was at the Dublin office. I do not even know what to tick here, Did I get the offer? Yes but No! Would suggest NOT TO APPLY to the company for any role as they do not care about you or your time. Save your time and apply to better companies who appreciate your worth.
