The first step was a phone call with Human Resources where they asked stuff like when could I start and what salary was I expecting. At the end, you schedule the first interview with a member of the team.
In the first interview there are two Verifone engineers where they asked things about my resume. It was mainly questions about what courses I took in my career, what did I do in some of them and what do I do in my current job.
It ends with a couple of non-technical questions about what do I think I'm good at and what I could improve.
The second interview was with Dublin's Product Manager in a video call. It starts with a couple of questions about courses in the university (again) and soon starts with the technical ones. It was 27 questions about C in the form of a test and then, some questions about little C programs and what their output would be (if there is one) or how to optimise them.
