Recruiter reached out to schedule interview, and asked for availability as well as a number of additional questions around non-compete, location pref, etc. Responded immediately with all info requested... then got radio silence for a week. Sent a follow up email, and got an out of office response - my availability was requested with "a quick reply" so I found it odd they didn't mention they'd be out of office for a full week and unable to schedule my interview. Upon their return, heard nothing. Kind of disappointing as I was excited about the opportunity initially, and expected a bit more from a company of this caliber.
All to say - maybe lower your appraisal/expectations of this place.
