I applied online. I interviewed at Verishop (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2021
Interview
This was a couple years ago so the process may have changed, but I had 4 interviews with live coding involved. Everyone was super nice and I could tell they had a strong culture. I came in with more backend experience and was surprised when they gave me 2 React coding challenges. I wish they would have communicated that it was for a frontend role ahead of time.

Question 1

I applied online. I interviewed at Verishop (New York, NY) in Jun 2022
Interview
I applied for the role and a few days later I was invited to set up an interview with the recruiter Allyson. I was asked about my background and was told she'd like to set me up for an interview with the hiring manager. I have never heard back. After reading the other interview posts I guess this is expected from Verishop.
First interview went well and next steps were to meet with other team members and the CEO. The morning of my interview with the CEO, the recruiter emailed me to cancel last minute and reschedule. I responded with my availability, but never heard back. Followed up with recruiting and the two people I spoke to, but never heard anything.
I wasn’t too upset (or surprised given other reviews here) especially since someone I interviewed with mentioned the CEO “says one thing, then does another” … not the type of leadership I want to work with.
