Interview was a 4 stage process, considering of initial HR screening and then an interview with the hiring manager, sales director and then a final stage interview with Human Resources again.
Overall the interview was quick, however there was not a lot of flexibility over timings, with the company only offering a set time slot and expecting you to rearrange in order to accommodate their calendars.
All the interviewers I met were very relaxed and I wouldn't say that the interview felt like an interview, with the general format closer to an informal chat about me as a person, rather than any in-depth competency based questions.
Unfortunately, when it came to the offer, Verisure offered a package significantly [10k] lower than advertised stating that they were unable to get budget sign-off for anything more.
This is very poor practices, especially to allow candidates to go through four stages before telling them that the salary was no longer as advertised.
