It was worst experienced ... that senior guy is very erregent ... i don know his or his company sensibility of management. as he gave me only 30 seconds to describe meninges of Asst manager. he dint ask about my expertise he didn't see my my existing work profile as he dont know i used to work in 3 bigger organisation instead of his company and said hes not my kind guy sorry.
