2 phone interviews and a face to face, ask a lot of situational questions online. Know how to answer those questions in the correct form. Search star questions on Google, and this will tell you how to answer them. I learned these questions in college! "Tell me about a time when you dealt with an upset customer"

Question 1
Mostly basic questions and STAR studded questions, (situational analysis). What was the situation, what was the recommendation, how was the outcome!
The process was simple, Apply online and then called for an Interview. I had to follow up and then got called for final interview to discuss next three months and salary.
To the point. I could tell they had a lot of interviewees. Got back to me right away. Asked me standard questions. Salary was sufficient. The interview lasted 20 minutes or so.
Easy phone interview and was hired. It was really more like a conversation than an interview. Very friendly and easy. Seems like they are hiring a lot of people. Would recommend
