I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Verizon (Edgewood, NM) in May 2017
Interview
Walked in, a few basic questions about character and honesty as well as the usual what goals have you achieved and what not. Then I was given a few minutes to walk around the store and be familiar with the products, then we did a role play where i had to "sell" a product to the interviewer. Make sure to be charismatic and push buying a case!

They asked a lot of very generic questions. The interviewer said they would reach out within a week to tell me if I would get an offer or not, but I never heard from them again.
