Interview
After applying, you get a notification about a required aptitude test. If the test is passed, you go on to an interview. Depending on the number of applicants at the time, you may be asked in for a second interview. After the information is reviewed, you will either be advised that you received the job, or not.

Question 1
Verizon Wireless follows the STAR format for interviewing questions. They are random and can include such questions as "What was the most difficult problem you successfully solved?". They may also pose role-play type questions, in which you need to react based on a particular customer statement or question.
