I received an invitation to take their online assessment and a hirevure interview about two to three weeks after submitting my application. They gave me about four days to complete the online interview.
The interview process consists of two interviews: phone interview and one on one. The phone interview basically asks you some questions about resume and why do you want to join VZ. The one on one gets more detailed and ask you questions about leadership and they tell you what you will be doing there.
