I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (North Charleston, SC) in Sept 2014
Interview
Multiple steps to the interview process. Many different interviews and hoops to jump through. First had to apply online. Then take a computer assessment. Then a phone interview. Then there was an in person computer test. Then a group interview. Then a one on one interview. Then the offer was made. After the offer was made had to do a preemployment drug screening and background check. After all that was complete the training class began.

Interview
The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.
