A Verizon interview process typically involves a structured, behavioral interview format, focusing on assessing a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and ability to handle situations through a mix of behavioral questions about past experiences, situational questions about hypothetical scenarios, and knowledge-based questions specific to the role; interviews can be conducted over phone, video, or in-person depending on the position, and may include multiple rounds with a panel of interviewers depending on the complexity of the job

Describe a challenge in my current position that I had to think outside the box to solve.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Verizon (Lake Mary, FL) in Jul 2018
Interview
Recruiters were very nice! I however was not made aware how many interviews I would go through that day until after my third one was done and then they said you are done, we will escort you back down. Two out of 3 interviewers did not seem to enjoy their own jobs. Most interviewers had little to no personality.
