Interview
The recruiter was very helpful throughout the entire process. Moved things very quickly between each stage. I had 4 interviews in 5 days, so the whole process from the first stage to the job offer was under a week.
First stage was a call with the recruiter, second stage was a call with a current AE. Third stage was a 90 min video call with 3 interviewers. The final stage was a 30 min video call with a Director.
Overall a very smooth, friendly process. All the people I spoke to were very friendly, which shows the culture at Verkada, which is a big part of why I accepted the offer.
Questions were competency-based (show me a time when you’ve shown a certain trait/skill).

It was a great interview process, received from first round to find al (3rd round) under 3 weeks. The team is supportive and wants you to grow. They want coachable individuals trying to break into tech sales.
