I interviewed for the NYC office. The process consisted of 3 rounds, first with a recruiter, then a phone call with the VP and the last round is a in person at the Philadelphia office to meet the VP and 2 interviews on zoom with the 2 managers based in NYC. The process was fine up until I had to go to Philly. I spoke with everyone and at the end I was verbally GIVEN AN OFFER by someone who I thought made final decisions regarding new hires. However, 2 days later I got a text from the recruiter who said that they decided to MOVE FORWARD with other candidates. Apparently theres no professionalism or accountability at Verkada.... I was very hesitant prior to interviewing here because of all the red flags and negative reviews on Glassdoor but I thought they had a cool product so I gave it a chance...

Very efficient and rapid interview process. Step 1 - Screening call with HR Step 2 - Call with Sales Manager Step 3 - Call with Sales Operations to run through previous performance metrics Step 4 (final) - In person interview at their office. Consists of a culture fit meeting and a mock discovery call with a prospect Although I didn't get the offer, Jasmin from the HR team was very efficient and helpful throughout the whole process. She gave a very strong first impression of Verkada from the go.
