The first interview was rather short with a very junior person, who clearly did not have much experience interviewing people nor with the job function as such. Soon after I had to fill-out a lengthy and very detailed business case. This business case was never reviewed nor discussed afterward, but yet took quite a lot of time to complete. I moved to the 2nd round interview with a much more senior person - clearly experienced, a respectful and nice interview. Then it turned silent again. After checking back I was surprised to hear that they had decided to change the requirements and seniority for the role I applied for. Of course this comes across as highly unprofessional and disrespectful. A company should make up their mind carefully on the job description and requirements before starting the recruitment process. Be more mindful op people's time when asking them to fill out lengthy business cases for nothing. I confirmed my doubts on the lack of experience of the recruiting manager and immaturity of their process around recruiting.
