Vertafore Software Engineer 1 interview questions

I applied online and then received a link for the assessment. After clearing the assessment, I got a call from HR, where she asked some basic questions about relocation and salary expectations, along with a few basic OOP and C# questions. After that, I received an email for the first technical round, in which I performed really well. The questions were mostly about OOP concepts, C# basics, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL queries. After clearing the first round, the second technical round was a mix of technical and managerial questions, and I performed well in that too. I was confident that I would be selected, but I'm not sure what went wrong.
