I had a phone call with the hr manager, then a phone call with the hiring manager. After that, I was brought in for an interview with 2 lead customer support agents and the manager of the support department. Everyone was very friendly, and offered water or coffee. The interview questions were pretty standard, and they explained the role very thoroughly.

They asked about how I would explain a seemingly simple thing, to someone as if they had never used/seen it before.
The hiring and interview process was smooth. I had a phone interview, then an in-person interview with two different gentleman. This was several years ago, however. Since then the company has undergone several changes. Their interviewing process has actually improved in recent years.
