Phone screening then zoom interview both with HR. Straightforward and standard with no curveball questions. Both were quick. HR was friendly and it was definitely a welcoming environment where the interviewer seemed to want me to move forward.

Interviewed in person with HR. Pretty straightforward questions. Not a lot about the industry. Very informative on the experience of working at the company. They definitely want to know that you want to be an agent and you understand how demanding the job is.
