The first interview was great. I spoke with the direct manager, and I was perfect for the job.
However, the second interview was a horrible experience. The SVP came on and was condescending and aggressive. They entire interview was a series of negative, "gotcha" interview questions. Then, they proceeded to go through my resume and negatively critique my experience. After that interview, even if I had been made an offer, I would have turned them down.
Listen, if you already don't like a candidate, why are you wasting everyone's time and generating such bad PR in the process?
