Vestel Software Engineer interview questions

It was an oral HR interview with basic questions about explaining myself and all of the software related work I did up to that point. They also asked about my salary expectation and also my job expections because they had multiple engineering teams that did different works.

As a foreigner, I applied for a job position in Vestel and passed all interviews and exams, but they reject me because I got a scholarship during my bachelor studies. This is non sense, I checked all laws related to foreigners, even contacted related ministry and they just said there's nothing wrong with your scholarship and you can apply for work permit. In addition, I check all obligations about scholarship and there was nothing that prevent me from working in Turkiye. When I ask" Can you send me the source" the never reply.
