I enjoyed every part of the interview process. First round with the hiring manager and HR where there was a genuine interest in cultural fit. It was evident from the get go that Vetoquinol is a great place to work. The second interview was a case study, data analysis and behavioural questions. The case study was particularly enjoyable and provided an opportunity to demonstrate creative flair. The brief was relatively open, leaving room for interpretation and to demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking. Overall, the process was very positive, and I’m thrilled to have accepted the offer and to contribute to the ongoing success of the team and wider organisation.
