Very informal. I met with the department manager and the CSR Supervisor. We discussed the company and what services they supplied. We spoke about Stem Cell Banking and the benefits of utilizing stem cells in transplants. We discussed the company and the vision. Also, went over the benefits for the position with the HR representative. The entire process was very enlightening and informal.
