The interview was set with a few people representing different regions. The role was set out to be more sales-oriented than the description on the job description rather than improving the project. Therefore the questions were more geared to " After you've seen/used the product where would you get new clients?" and, for example, a question geared towards knowing your network of contacts and how valuable it would be in boosting sales. I was made aware in the interview process that the payment scheme was commission-based. But of course, there was a base in terms of salary (70/30). The other questions were the regular interview questions: Tell us about challenges or successes etc...The interviewers were straightforward and polite, and I received a review of my interview within the timeframe mentioned.
