COMPLETE WAIST OF TIME! - An HR messaged me on Linkedin and the job looked interesting. The next step was a phone call about my background which took approximately 50 minutes long. After that, I came to the office for an hour and a half interview, which included design questions, I was told before I left that if I pass, I get a home assignment and the interviewer told me that I might lack experience since I had only worked for 3.6 years and he looked for a more experience developer (that's after he brought me to their place). He gave me the home assignment anyway, which I did gracefully. But then, the guy who checked it wasn't even a company employee at that time, and it felt like they did a "dry run" to check the assignment difficulty, such a shame!
