I interviewed at Vichara Technologies for a .NET Developer position. After successfully completing all the technical rounds, I was asked to share my documents, which I did promptly. However, there was no response afterward despite several follow-ups. Eventually, I was informed that the position had been filled and that I might be considered for other roles. The experience was disappointing because communication stopped abruptly. It would have been better if the company had provided timely updates when the role was closed. Overall, the interview process was professional until the communication ended unexpectedly.
