Vicinity Centres interview questions

Received a call from the talent team quickly, they did a great first phone call. Had an in person interview within 1 week. Heard back on next steps same day. Completed a few tests and had second round interview within the following week. Was provided an offer within 48 hours of the final interview. Process was smooth and well communicated.

First is screening process with People and Culture Team. Next is Technical interview with team members and typically hiring manager. Finally is culture fit with People and Culture and possibly peers in team or department.
