The principal and two assistant principal were the panel. They were very professional but high pressure. It was my first teaching job so many questions were difficult to answer without the applicable experience. The questions were standard and straight forward, however. This district focuses on Champs method, capturing kids hearts model and fundamental 5 lesson planning. I would advise brushing up on those elements as well as developing a strong classroom management binder.
