Victoria Mutual Building Society interview questions

They will call you if they like your CV and send you a link for a personality test. This test is VERY long and involves many repeat questions. If you pass the test, you'll be invited for a face to face interview and you'll have to do a numeracy test with basic addition and subtraction questions. There's also some basic English questions. Face to face interview is very relaxed. Once they ask a couple key questions, they will then just ask questions specific to you based on your answers on what's on your CV. If you're successful, you'll be contacted and arrangements will be made to get your contract done.

It was a very interactive interview. We talked about things in particular to what I will be employed for then she asked me abour my trials and how I succeeded them and so this lead to other questions which made me pretty comfortable during the interview process.
