It was a group interview. There were two interviews all together to get the job. They call and try and work around your schedule to give you a chance. It helps to weed-out the people who don't shine out the brightest.

Was a group interview. Be prepared and dress nicely. Each person took turns answering interview questions around the table. I worked there for 5 years and quit around 2017. Things may have changed since then with their interview process.

The manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. I showed up 10 minutes early and she was already prepared to take me back. She gave me a timeline of the hiring process so I wasn't waiting around for an answer.

Collaborative group interview. It’s important to make yourself stand out as you’re not interviewing on your own. On boarding (if hired) is also done as a group. I was hired on the spot during a last minute one on one interview but have never seen anyone else get hired that way.
Ensure that you’re confident and ready to sell. Numbers are important ... almost too important.
Great social atmosphere but important to not get too lost in that world.
