I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret in Aug 2011
Interview
IT was a group interview of about 5 or 6. It went really smoothly, as long as you answer the questions honestly and in a timley manner. There were role play questions and questions about time management. They gave everyone an equal oppurtunity to speak and share their opinions.

Question 1
Give an example of you selling something to someone and they werent interested
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
