I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Austin, TX) in Mar 2013
Interview
Went in store to get application. Brought it back and got a call back a 2 weeks later to come in for an interview. At the interview the hiring manager just took me to the back of the store and started asking questions. It was very relaxed and casual. They asked questions like why do you want to for Victoria's secrets? Are you comfortable seeing and helping women, when they aren't wearing a lot of clothes?

Question 1
What are 3 words that your past co-workers would say to describe you as an employee?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
