I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Miami, FL) in Feb 2012
Interview
Went and applied in person, I got a call back in about 3 days. It is suggested to wear all black so they can get a better picture as if you already work there. (I wore all black) The interview was with 13 other people. They mostly expected you to stand out from the crowd and be quick on your feet. That same week, I got a call back for my second interview. All questions were pretty standard. Why do you want to work for us? Honestly, it didn't even feel like an interview because they made you feel right at home. The most important thing of all, be confident and don't forget to smile.

Question 1
If you see a customer stealing how could you approach them about it?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
