I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (London, England) in May 2019
Interview
Interview process was very relaxed and fun, first introduction, team exercise, individual role play and then group questions. Small group of like 6 and 2 interviewers.
Downside was they explained if we didn't get the position that we would have the opportunity to receive feedback on why we didn't get the job and what we could do to improve, unfortunately did not hear anything.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
