Submitted my application. Had an initial phone interview with a store manager. Then had a in person interview with a district manager, followed by reference checks and a background check.

There were two additional steps after my application had a phone interview and a face-to-face interview, we had to role-play with our manager, it was a group interview setting and the next day I got my offer.

interview was short and sweet...she really didn't ask me as many questions as I thought she should for a mid-level management position. It really did surprise me that she wasn't required to ask more of me.
